The “Oy, Nebore…” series, created between 2020 and 2021, is a meditation on the small individual in a vast world. Rather than landscapes in the conventional sense, these works evoke spaces of inner experience—silence, distance, memory, and presence.

The exhibition is about the road, quiet love, anticipation, and waiting. It reflects on what remains after a person is gone, and what they carry with them throughout their journey. The titles of the works are written in living folk language—not as a stylistic device, but as an authentic voice.

“Oy, Nebore…” is the first museum presentation of this graphic series.
