On September 3, the Andriy Sheptytsky National Museum in Lviv will host the exhibition “UKRAFT 2026” – the third International Meeting of Fine Arts Artists in Ukraine. Two more events took place in France.
Since 2024, UKRAFT has been uniting artists for whom art becomes a space for dialogue, solidarity and cultural diplomacy. This year, the project is expanding its geography and gathering artists from France, Taiwan and Ukraine in Lviv.
The exhibition will feature French artists Christine Sastournet and Clement Philippe, Taiwanese artists Gina Wu and Ah-Sung-Wu, and Ukraine will be represented by Andriy Kovalenko, Maria Plyatsko, Yuriy Smolsky and Albina Yaloza. Different countries, different artistic languages, different techniques – but common support for Ukraine in its struggle for freedom, preservation of culture and identity. And – an unwavering faith in the power of art.
The project is organized by UKRAFT in collaboration with NML. Partner – Shum Art Gallery.
